This is the smallest room we have ever worked in; the logisitics of getting just one trade into the room at a time was a challenge but one we were pleased to have taken up as this kitchen replaces a 33 year old Keller kitchen so we felt duty bound in a way. If it could be done then it can be done now sort of attitude. And believe this, we still have people working for Keller in Holland who were there 33 years ago.

This gloss handleless kitchen is accentuated with matt finish Canberra oak panels and topped in a stylish slim profile 12mm laminated worksurface.

The stainless steel inset Blanco sink and drainer has just 1.5mm of steel above worktop level and is complmented by a practical wide flat steel platform for the Blanco tap.

Whilst we are predominantly AEG and Kuppersbusch dealers we can source most reputable brands and as this couple liked Neff we were happy to oblige. We have the ovens side-by-side in the island leaving room for extra large pan drawers under the hob.

Not to be mistaken for the cheap as chips chinese made imitation victorian plumbing suites, what we have hear is the highest quality UK made Burlingtons sanitaryware meticulously planned and installed to the highest possible standard. The preparation of this former bedroom involved replacing creaky floorboards with quality marine plywood and the lathe and plaster walls rebuilt in plywood and tile backer boards. The floor was overlaid with electric underfloor heating before tiling with wood grain effect porcelain planked tiles.

We were highly delighted when local property developer Windmill Homes asked us to design and install a Keller Kitchen into one of their newly constructed £1.3M executive homes on the Ballam Oaks development because we saw it as recognition by them of the persistent high quality of work we have been doing in and around the area over the last 8 years because plainly put they wouldn't accept anything less themselves so making us the perfect partners.

Well, its all in there somewhere behind closed doors; an AEG washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, a big 40kW boiler, a massive AEG fridge and seperate freezer, a broom mop and ironing board store, recyling bins and still room for food and the odd pot and pan too.......

This is a pretty cool looking and ergonomically functional kitchen given its size of just 11.6M2 (square metres) and it has everything you'd expect in it. There is a generously sized refrigerator and seperate freezer under the ovens, an integrated washer dryer and dishwasher close to the sensibly sized 500mm wide Corian sink and all arranged in near perfect symmetry on each wall.

These few pictures don't really tell the full story of what went on here.......we had been at this home six months earlier and had installed a very nice Keller Kitchen (it's listed on Page 2 as Step up To A Keller Kitchen) but then we were called back to reconfigure the internal walls upstairs so that two thirds of the original family bathroom in the middle of the house could become a luxuriously large en-suite wet room to the master bedroom (by knocking a doorway through and introducing a step down) and then to re-size bedroom 3 to have its door at the end of the landing so we could create
