Well, its all in there somewhere behind closed doors; an AEG washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, a big 40kW boiler, a massive AEG fridge and seperate freezer, a broom mop and ironing board store, recyling bins and still room for food and the odd pot and pan too.......
This space started out as a seperate dining room acessed via a hallway, a small kitchen and a tiny flat roofed cold and pokey built on utility - so we demolished the utility and built a 16 square metre extension with a proper hip and pitch roof feeding back into the main house and then we knocked out the back of the house and removed the dining room wall resulting in 45M2 (square metres) of glorious open plan living space.
Features we like are venetian blinds encased within the glass on the floor to ceiling fixed pane windows meaning no blinds or curtains are needed and we like the radiator placed centrally in the room under the breakfast bar which warms up the stone top and the high letterbox window lets light in but keeps a level of privacy whilst the tiny 'slit' window lets you see whose coming down the drive.
Once again and as featured many times in our gallery it's the Keller handleless high gloss kitchen, the tops are Quartzstone (the island was designed to be just as long as it could be without the need for a join in the top) and the flooring is Karndean.
We are guessing the clients have managed to find all their appliances as we havent received any requests for help.
