Here's an interesting combo - an Aga Oven sitting in a modern handleless kitchen -but it works so well! Its giving this kitchen the warm family 'heart of the home' comfort feel whilst offering all the convenience of easy clean flat slab doors and drawers with seamless Corian work surfaces and moulded sinks and un-fussy glass splashbacks.

This room is just 1.9M x 2.2M yet we have made it feel spacious through the minimalism of the design and the pared back palette.

The room was stripped back to the brick and joists and re-built encapsulating all the pipes and wastes beneath the floorboards so creating a true wetroom with no visible shower tray and no clumsy pivot or bi-fold doors. And that of course means no yucky silicone sealants and cold corners to atract mould spores. 

No less than 7 metres of this 11 metre extension are given over to this stunning Keller kitchen specifically so the homeowners can really enjoy island life and cooking in a variety of different ways; either by Wok cooking on gas, deep fat frying, Teppan-yaki griddling or by induction.......and all the smells wofted away by a Wolf downdraught extractor that rises up from beneath the worksurface at the press of a button when needed and as quiet as a sewing machine because the motor is outside.

With our main business being new fitted kitchens, bedrooms and wetrooms/bathrooms we are an ideal one stop shop for people embarking on the total modernisation of a property and as there aren't that many rooms left in a house after that it can make perfect sense to have us refurbish those too.

This property once had a separate dining room, hallway and kitchen but under the guidance of our structural engineers our builders removed the internal walls to create a massive 55 square metres of open plan living/dining/kitchen. A 3.0metre run of bi-fold doors replaced the old back door and the clients decked out the walled patio with furniture in basalt grey to match the kitchen.

The flooring is Amtico parisian pine - the worktops are 10mm glass and the breakfast bar is chunky 100mm Silestone.

Some of our smaller installations don't make it onto the web site gallery simply because of the difficulty in photgraphing them but we made a real effort here as we just love the contrasting mix of the basalt grey gloss and white gloss cabinets on the black and white weave design Amtico floor. The room is really quite small but the inconspicously jointed glacier white Corian worksurfaces with integrated sink and large breakfast bar give the room a feeling of spaciousness.
