Featured Kitchens

It has become a growing trend for us to take on bathroom and wetroom projects for past kitchen or bedroom clients who have found it difficult to find the right mix of original but functional design coupled with affordability and a very high standard of workmanship; these clients understand our strong design ethic and our desire not to become involved in the humdrum melee of everyday bathroom re-fits that can be left to the sheds and jobbing plumbers.

Whilst the majority of our installations are of the more modern style here is a good example of what we can do in the traditional style.

Working with interior designer Louise Leahey of 360 Interiors who project managed the building and finishing of a substantial extension to this period farmhouse we designed and installed a bespoke oak kitchen sprayed in a champagne coloured structured lacquer of the clients choice. We can do that in any one of 1950 colours by the way, in silk, structured or high gloss lacquers!

This stunning Lytham penthouse with its views across the Ribble estuary and beyond is actually for sale but the owners thought that the rather dated quaint and traditional kitchen wasn't really in vogue for todays living and decided a 21st century kitchen would add to the overall appeal of the property.

Kitchen Utopia?  Well thats what our clients Mr & Mrs Worsley called it anyway. 

Here we have the ever popular Basalt Grey gloss cabinetry combined with the coolness of white Corian and the boldness of burnt orange glass splashhbacks all set upon a white and mirror chip ceramic floor.

The kitchen happened to be in a flat roofed rear extension so we took the opportunity to punch a hole through and installed a domed sky-light. What a transformation as the dome lets in double the amount of light of any window.

Mike and Julia Bennison love their old Smithy cottage on the outskirts of Leyland with its low ceilings, open fireplaces, oak beams and AGA cooker but they wanted a change from the heavy overpowering Iroko kitchen with its Belfast sink and black granite tops they inherited when they purchased the property.

The AGA Cooker had to stay of course but around it we went on to create a very modern sleek new kitchen with gloss doors and satin finished non reflective glass worksurfaces and splashbacks.
