Designing, planning and installing this kitchen was part of a much bigger project that included some internal structural alterations as well as the opening up of the apertures to receive the big glass doors and one piece window. As a result the room is flooded with natural daylight and the porcelain floor and high gloss cabinets and glass worktops reflect the trees, sky and garden.
For a kitchen with only twelve cabinets it really punches above its weight! Some of the little details like setting the window sil at the correct height to have the glass worktops running into the window reveal and having porcelain skirtings all help it have that WOW factor. The 'minimal' look was helped by waving goodbye to the kettle and flex having a Qooker Hot Tap.
The house is, in the clients own words, transformed!
