Whilst the majority of our installations are of the more modern style here is a good example of what we can do in the traditional style.
Working with interior designer Louise Leahey of 360 Interiors who project managed the building and finishing of a substantial extension to this period farmhouse we designed and installed a bespoke oak kitchen sprayed in a champagne coloured structured lacquer of the clients choice. We can do that in any one of 1950 colours by the way, in silk, structured or high gloss lacquers!
The AGA takes centre stage on the back wall and is neatly balanced with a made to measure solid oak mantle over the top. The island houses built under refrigerator drawers and an integrated dishwasher of course and a Franke 3-in-1 Kettle tap provides hot and cold and filtered boiling water.
The bank of tall units made to measure for an exact fit to the low ceiling houses an integrated freezer, an ice making machine and combination oven/microwave and a chinaware unit. There are large 1200mm wide drawers under for good pan storage but also to give width to the look. The whole kitchen is 'framed' in 25mm thick veneered panels and traditional cornices and pelmets. The worktops are 30mm thick quartzstone.
We really like the look of the integrated wine cooler recessed into the 400mm thick stone wall; it emerges with millimetre precision on the other side into broom/larder unit in the utility.
